Step by Step How to Make Beef Enchiladas

Servings: 8 enchiladas
- one pound lean ground beef
- one loving cup chunky salsa
- 1 (ten-ounce) can red enchilada sauce
- viii (8-inch) tortillas (We much prefer flour tortillas in this recipe, only corn are more traditional.)
- i (8-ounce) package Borden® Cheese Thick Cut Shredded Four Cheese Mexican (about ii cups)

Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch blistering dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a big skillet, dark-brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the backlog fat away and render the meat to the skillet and to medium-depression heat. Stir in the salsa and cook until heated through. Remove from the heat.

Pour about one/2 of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
